Dear Sirs,
Subject-Our B/C No. 112 for Rs. 27,000/-: due on November, relating to 25 cases of Merchandise per S.S. 'INDIANAKA', arriving tomorrow
With reference to the above draft we have to request you please let us know by return of post whether you want us to clear and store the relative goods.
In case the goods are to be cleared and stored in a Duty-Paid Warehouse, a sum of Rs. 500/- must be remitted to us along with your reply.
If we do not hear from you within four days, we shall have the goods cleared and stored in Bond.
