Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that an instrument of transfer purporting to be signed by you and transferring 20 shares, numbered 1391 to 1410 (both the numbers inclusive) of the Company, now standing in your name, has been lodged at this office for registration.
In case we do not hear from you to the contrary within seven days from the date of this letter we will presume that the matter is in order and we will deal with the instrument of transfer in the usual manner.
