I am in receipt of your weekly report for the period ending 14th Nov. I am indeed surprised to find that this report like that of the previous one does not show any encouraging efforts on your part. Your other colleagues are doing extremely will and it is beyond my knowledge to understand the reason for your getting so small orders. If you are facing any genuine difficulty, please acquaint me by return of post, otherwise I would suggest you to please put more vigor in your efforts so as to come up in line with your other colleagues In any case, please write to me how things stand in your area, as your territory is too important to be neglected.
