Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your inquiry No. 1647 dated the 13th March and have pleasure in submitting our estimates for supply of your requirements as under:
1. 2 "Store well" Cabinets, Code 1952, each measuring 76" H X 26" W X 12" D, fitted with our adjustable shelves making five compartments, with steel doors: Rs. 2800/- each.
2. 5 Filing Cabinets, foolscap size, Code 3 ECF, each measuring approximately 54" H X 18" W X 27" D, having four drawers, running smoothly on ball bearing suspensions, each drawer with compressor, label-holder and handle complete with automatic locking device: Rs. 3500/- each.
3. 12 Steel Trays Rs. 50/- each.
Prices : All prices are inclusive of free delivery at Bombay.
Colour : Steel Gray or Olive Green as may be required.
Sales Tax : Will be charged extra @ 10%
Delivery : Items 1 and 2 in about' One month's time. Item 3 in one week's time.
Payment : Full payment to be made against delivery of goods.
Validity : Our offer is valid for one month from the date hereof.
We enclose herewith our illustrated leaflets on the items offered by us for your information.
All parts of the materials will be subject to thorough antirust chemical and mechanical treatment before being applied a coat of anit-corrosive paint and sprayed under pressure with finest oven-baked enamel.
