Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter dated 18th August.

'Victor' shirts and shirts are out of stock and their earliest delivery can be expected after 8 weeks only. Since you needed the goods immediately we have today dispatch 'Liberty products'. These products are more or less similar those of 'Victor', having equal strength, texture and finish the discount prices are slightly higher but then we shall allowed you 2% extra to give you sufficient margin of profit. From our past experience we feel assured that you will like the Goods very much and it is for this reason that we have dispatched the same without taking your prior approval. However if by any chance your customers are not willing to accept the same, you may return them to us and we shall pay for the return freight and other changes also.

R/R No. EF 13567 dated 23rd August along with our Bill No. HR-11, dated the 23rd August (in duplicate), is attached herewith.

Kindly release the goods and send us your draft for payment within 60 days as usual.
