Dear Sirs,
I regret to announce the premature death of my much esteemed partner Mr. Narain Malhotra, who was one of the founders of our firm and who was responsible for bringing this to its present position.
I have, however, pleasure in informing you that I have taken Shri Brij Malhotra, the eldest son of Shri Narain
Malhotra, into partnership. Shri Brij Malhotra had been working as a foreman for the last eight years and is fully familiar with the practical know-how of this trade. Besides, it I with his suggestion that we were able to increase our production capacity by 10% with the available source in our firm. We shall continue to trade under the same style and in exactly the same lines as before.
We thank you and feel proud of your past co-operation and we hope to receive the same in future also.
