Dear Sir,
The above consignment was collected yesterday from your goods-shed in a badly damaged condition. The necessary articles missing as well as damaged were shown to your delivery clerk who has made necessary entries in your registers.
We now attach our claim for the damages and request you to please send us the amount at the earliest possible.
