We shall greatly appreciate your sending us the necessary straps by registered post parcel, as early as you can.

After having dispatched your goods in compliance your order dated 3rd April, our packer informed us that through an oversight the packet containing three dozen straps for Swiss watches remained in his table drawer. 

We regret very much for this negligence on the part of packer and assure you that such a thing will not happen again in future. The packets of straps has been sent under registered post parcel today.
