Dear Sir,
Two parcels containing printed books were handed over by M/s. India Book House, Madras, to Railway authorities, Madras, for dispatching the same by passenger train to Bombay-VT on 13th June,
The parcels have not reached till today and our business has been very much affected as the parcel contained books worth Rs. 30001- which were, urgently needed for supply to our retail dealers. We, therefore, request you to please check up the availability of goods and let us know within a week's time so that we may submit necessary claim in case the goods are not traceable with you.
R/R against which the goods were booked bears No. AG/12346 dated the 13th June,
