This is with further reference to our letter dated 23rd August, enclosing a statement of accounts of your company, for the period from the 1st April to 31st July. As we have always found you prompt in correspondence and since we have not received any reply to our above referred letter till today, we presume that the same has been misplaced in post. We, therefore, submit a duplicate statement of accounts and request you to give it your earliest attention.
