You might be aware that the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations of the Fellowship have undergone modifications. "The Institutional Member" clause has been deleted. For the present the membership consists of Ordinary and Life Members.
To enable the National Secretariat to compile a comprehensive list of members of all over India and maintain an up-to-date Register of Members, I am herewith enclosing Membership Form which may kindly be filled in for the) of uniformity and sent back to this office.
From the records it is found that very few members cared to send their annual subscriptions. However, the members are requested to send their subscriptions with effect from April, whenever the amended Constitution comes into effect.
It is needless to say that funds are essential to run Secretariat. I therefore, earnestly request you to help Secretariat by donations over and above the subscription which is kept at the minimum.
