Dear Sirs,
Kindly refer to our Order No 127 dated 5th March for supply of electric plugs.
We have received a large consignment of electric plugs from one of our foreign suppliers and, our shop is too full to accommodate more goods. We shall, therefore, feel obliged if you will please treat the order referred above as cancelled.
We realize that this will upset your arrangements for supplies but we are sure you will accommodate us in the circumstance in which we have been placed.
We shall be glad to reimburse you for any loss you might incur on account of our canceling this order.
